The Ethics Channel allows you to raise questions about conduct and report possible irregularities involving our professional relationships. It may be used by employees, clients, suppliers, partners and others who have relevant information.
2. Matters that may be reported
- Fraud, corruption, conflicts of interest or misuse of resources.
- Harassment, discrimination, threats or retaliation.
- Misuse of information or failure to respect corporate guidelines.
- Other conduct that may breach the law or commitments made.
3. How to get in touch
Send an email to contato@nms.one with the subject “Ethics Channel — NMS.ONE”. Explain what happened, when, where, and which people or processes are involved. Include only lawfully obtained evidence needed to understand the matter.

4. Respect and responsible handling
Our approach is to treat good-faith reports with respect and limit sharing to what is necessary for assessment and follow-up. Retaliation against anyone who reports in good faith or assists with an investigation is prohibited.
Email identifies the sender and may contain technical data; it does not provide anonymity or absolute confidentiality. Information may need to be shared for an investigation or to meet legal obligations.
